On Sunday, i had a conversation with matt, one of my new friends in college. It just started with him loitering around the staircase after choir, with no one else, wondering what he should do. More work? but he's already studied the whole week! so i'm like stop doing work, and i've stopped studying on Sundays coz Sunday is rest day for me. So, since people said that his room is big, it's an old one, but he has his own attached bathroom, so i asked him if i could go see his room.

When we got to his room, i looked around, sat down and talked, albeit, shivering at the same time.

We talked for like 4 hours. from after choir practice to medionoche y cuarto. But it was a good conversation, first conversation that was crappy, rubbbish, totally not academical, just getting to know each others' lives, family, everything under the sun excluding studies kind. And it was a good 4 hours. The thing is, both of us had our equal share of talking, not like when one person talks and the other listens all the time. And it was good.

On the morning of my 25% espanol prueba, he called me and wished me good luck, i was so suprised coz 1) he's not that type of person. 2) i didn't even tell him i had a prueba. 3) he found out that i had a prueba from someone else, and that someone else didn't wish me good luck.

But it was good. Thanks. So i guess it's still superficial... but it's now superficial with partial depth.
