So gay... this is all so gay..... the SIA pple must dislike us by now... but I am amazed at how patient and kind and nice and good-mannered that every single telephone operator who served me was. i mean given that this is Singapore... service is always not so good, but they were so good the SIA airline telephone operators... they tolerated my changing of flight times like 5 times, and that the check-in staff is willing to let me un-check in and check-in again for the next day.. due to my mom's incessant work demands. Especially tonight when i called them during NDP... i felt so bad for the telephone operator who is missing NDP and have to work on National Day just to help me change flight times, change reservation, cancel reservation and re check-in again. And i didn't know SIA was so flexible.. so kudos to all you SIA staff who answered my phone call quickly and did everything efficiently... thank you so much!! and thanks be to God for giving me such patient and nice telephone operators!! love You.!!!
