I really can't stand F. u. j. i. t. s. u. anymore!!! They replaced my screen, but it is the screen of the older models. My original screen on this laptop is the new, reflective screens, something like Steph's computer, but now, mine's the old one. And we will have no idea if they had actually charged us the price of the new, reflective screen, and send the older screen over!!! Stupid F. u. j. i. t. s. u. !!! After this ordeal, I shall never ever buy F. u. j. i. t. s. u. again!!! And all of you out there, who have friends going to uni and especially Adelaide, Australia, telll your friends to never buy F. u. j. i. t. s. u. laptops ever again, because they have dishonest and crap service here, and the main lady (OMG, I'm still calling her a 'lady' even if she doesn't deserve to be one, probably more like "bimbo", i'm not even sure if she's pretty, never seen her before!!) in Singapore doesn't understand the problem, it's not that we can't afford to pay the full price of a replacement screen, idiot, it's because of the whole bad service you have given us and in the branches, and that of the attitude of "whatever". and they actually sent the screen over in a week, when they previously said it'll take 6 to 8 weeks, so basically, they're implying that the screen's all ready in their office, and all they had to do, is to wait for us to accept their offer, because I am an international student, and my family does not own a computer shop, therefore, I do not have an external monitor ready at the snap of my fingers to use whenever the screen gets spoilt, so you servicemen, give bad advice, are dishonest, never own up to your own actions, and deny them all the way, or admit to it, but never did anything about it. eg. "i cracked the screen when i dismantled it, so what?" "i sent you the older screen version, so what?"
stay tuned for all the email correspondence and a detailed report of all the things leading up to this screen and all the bad service and attitude are all evident in both documents, and until now, they still haven't given us the answers to our questions of bad attitude and dishonest service.
Hence, F. u. j. i. t. s. u. is the one computer brand that has no sense of a conscience or are very dishonest with no integrity at all!!!

oh and by the way, they transferred me to many many people and until now, i still haven't spoken to the guy i'm supposed to speak to on the phone, he told me to call him at that number.

In the quiet
In the stillness
I know that You are God
In the secret
Of Your presence
I know there I am restored

When You call
I won't refuse
Each new day again
I'll choose

There is no one else for me
None but Jesus
Crucified to set me free
Now I live to bring Him praise

In the chaos
In confusion
I know that You're sovereign still
In the moment
of my weakness
You give me grace to do Your will

When You call
I won't delay
This my song
through all my days

All my delight is in You, Lord
All of my hope
All of my strength
All my delight is in You, Lord
Forever More.

I lost my necklace and a pair of earrings in a small little plastic bag i got from nee's shop at my friend's place half a week ago. i feel like crying, not because of the jewellery, but the way my friend treated me. She sounded so nonchalant, so i-don't-care-it's-not-my-necklace-earrings-so-none-of-my-business attitude. the necklace was a 20th birthday present from my aussie friends in college. It holds lots of sentimental value to me, but more importantly, i guess it's because my 20th birthday seemed like my 21st birthday.

Sometimes i wonder why i give my good/close friends birthday presents. stress myself over their presents, thinking of what to get them for their 21st birthdays, thinking if they will like the presents, will they use them, brainstorm about ways to "sabo" them, to make their 21st birthdays the best ever, kind.
But when my birthday comes, all I get are SMSes and presents from those who I am not close to, and none from those that I know/or try to convince myself that i do know them, and we are close friends? or maybe just acquaintances. not even a card, or a personal "happy birthday", but just an sms. i know "it's the thought that counts." right? but i think it's just me thinking that my friends whom i think are my friends will actually throw a celebration for me just as I thought of all those that me and others had thrown for them, that i actually turned down an offer that my parents will fly over to Adelaide to come celebrate with me. but it's just all my wishful thinking, and to my horror of horrors, something that I have been trying to deny/run away from/avoid, but i think the truth is there right at my face, is that whom i thought to be my friends are no longer my friends, and maybe those i never thought we will be friends will be my friends.

So, i sincerely hope that necklace and earrings are lying around somewhere, and if anyone ever find it, it's the pair of earrings i bought from EQUIP and that i told elsa, that i had the same pair of earrings with her, the necklace matches the earrings.
